Seth Lieberman is the CEO of SnapApp. SnapApp is a marketing platform used by companies to easily create interactive content to generate leads and drive revenue across the web, mobile, social and email. Under Seth’s leadership the company has facilitated more than 300 million customer engagements for brands and publishers including Newsweek, Oracle, Martha Stewart, the American Red Cross and others.

Seth has more than twelve years of experience in the online advertising space and extensive expertise in lead generation, affiliate marketing and corporate branding.

Prior to SnapApp (formerly Pangea Media), Seth was CEO and co-founder of Focalex, Inc. an online advertising and direct marketing company that was sold to Intermix (the original parent company of MySpace) in November 2004. Prior to Focalex Seth was an investment banker in the technology group with Credit Suisse First Boston.

Seth holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Carleton College.

Russell Franks is SnapApp's Chief Operating Officer and oversees all sales, marketing and business development activities. Prior to coming on board full time, he was a member of SnapApp's Advisory Board.

Russell is a proven hands-on executive with over 15 years general management, go-to-market and business development experience in venture-backed digital media and tech-enabled services businesses. Prior experience includes CEO of IPEngine, Senior Vice President of Spryance Inc., and senior management roles with Lycos, Gamesville and Viatel. Earlier in his career, Russell was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and a venture capitalist with NatWest County Ventures. Russell also serves on the Advisory Boards of Chitika and ContentMX.

Russell isn't all business, though. He is also a shareholder in a Boston-area micro-brewery, Notch Brewing and a Member of the Board of Trustees of Roxbury Preparatory Charter School in Boston.

Russell has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Law from Oxford University.

Mike Nadeau, National Sales Director, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales at SnapApp.

Prior to SnapApp, Mike was Director of Sales at TechTarget, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTGT) a media company focused on providing technical content to IT decision makers worldwide. Mike held several sales and sales management positions in San Francisco and Boston during his eight years at the company.

Mike is an avid New England Patriots fan, enjoys playing golf, trying new restaurants in the city, and traveling (with his SPG points). After a hiatus, Mike has rejoined the Facebook crowd with enthusiasm and has 20+ friends—please “like Mike”—we do!

Mike holds a B.S. in Marketing & Finance from Bryant University.

Julie Wingerter oversees corporate communications and corporate marketing at SnapApp including press outreach, events planning and corporate positioning. Previously, Julie was Vice President of Strategy at NetCracker Technology, an enterprise software firm. Prior to NetCracker she was Director of Small Business Solutions at FairMarket, an online marketplace, and a consultant with LEK Consulting, a management consulting firm.

Julie holds an AB from Princeton University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

Michelle Drozdowski is the Director of Product Development at SnapApp. In this role, Michelle is responsible for directing the SnapApp product roadmap, outlining product requirements, project management and sales engineering.

Prior to joining SnapApp Michelle was managing the Interactive Media department at Blitz. Michelle has thirteen years of online marketing and media experience and has held various marketing and media positions at World Travel Holdings/National Leisure Group, Bernard Hodes Group/TMP/JWG and Digitas.

When she's not working, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and dog. She is an avid DIYer, doing projects that range from cake decorating to refinishing furniture. Michelle loves that her SnapApp roles provides her with the opportunity to interact with every department at the company on a daily basis.

Michelle has a B.S. in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

John Lee is the Senior Director of Technology and is responsible for managing systems infrastructure, overseeing the engineering team, and evaluating new technology. With over a decade of experience in traditional data center environments and cloud computing platforms, John brings a passion for technology and its ability to solve problems.

Prior to SnapApp, John worked as Affiliate Program Director and Director of IT for Focalex, an email/ direct marketing company acquired by Intermix Media.

John began his Internet career learning about UNIX in the murky computing labs of the University of Chicago, even as he pursued a degree in philosophy. John's favorite SnapApp feature is the ability to share one app on multiple platforms with a consistent look and combined results. In his free time John loves learning about emerging technologies, snowboarding, playing video games, watching Hong Kong cinema, and hanging out with his wife and two children.

John has a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Chicago.
