Management Team

Seth Lieberman is the Founder and CEO of Pangea Media. Seth has more than twelve years of experience in the online advertising space and extensive expertise in lead generation, affiliate marketing and corporate branding.

Prior to Pangea Media, Seth was CEO and co-founder of Focalex, Inc. an online advertising and direct marketing company that was sold to Intermix (the original parent company of MySpace) in November 2004. Prior to Focalex Seth was an investment banker in the technology group with Credit Suisse First Boston.

Seth holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Carleton College.

Ed Boudrot is responsible for design and innovation of Pangea Media’s product offering from vision through implementation including product strategy, feature definition, and product marketing. Ed brings more than 20 years of experience in product management and product marketing to Pangea Media.

Prior to Pangea Media, Ed was Vice President of Product Marketing and Product Management at Exit41, a business to business software company. Ed has also held senior product and marketing positions at Intuit, Ask Jeeves, Directhit, and Polaroid Corporation.

Ed holds a BSEE from Wentworth Institute of Technology and an MBA from Babson College.

Rishi Bhatia is CTO of Pangea Media. As CTO Rishi oversees all aspects of product engineering and systems and network administration. With over 15 years of experience, Rishi has a proven track record of building enterprise class products for a wide range of verticals and customers.

Prior to Pangea, Rishi was Head of Product Management and Technology at Vibes Media, a mobile marketing company. Prior to Joining Vibes in 2010, Rishi managed the Engineering division of Third Screen Media (acquired by advertising.com/AOL) and was responsible for the product delivery of their mobile advertising platform. Under Rishi's technology leadership, TSM pioneered Mobile Publisher Yield Optimization and created a new market for third-party mobile ad serving and mediation.

Rishi has also held several senior technology positions at Computer Associates and R-Systems, a technology consulting company. Rishi has a Bachelor of Technology - Computer Science and Engineering from Punjabi University in India.
