Getting Started
Registration is easy and only takes a few minutes. Fill out this form to create an account. You can try Snap App out for free and create and preview custom apps. If you wan to publish and deploy the apps you've created, you will need to submit a payment.

What is an App?
An App, or Application, is a customizable widget that allows users to interact with your site. Our current offerings include personality tests, trivia quizzes, polls and surveys. These Apps can be embedded directly on your site, or you can link to a stand-alone page where the App is hosted. Learn more about quizzes, polls, and surveys here.

We built SnapApp with years of experience using quizzes and promotions to engage with customers. With this experience, we've created several innovative ways to help your app stand out. You have the option to embed images and video within your app. Think of how powerful your message will be alongside a video! We also have the flexibility to allow backgrounds that rotate and change, to add depth and life to your app.
QR codes provide an easy way to customers to access your mobile-optimized app via your website or printed media.

How does SnapApp work?
It's absolutely free to try SnapApp! You just need to register for an account, and you can try out all of our features before you buy. Visit our Help page for tips and instructional videos.
Not necessarily. SnapApp is a self-service platform, so you don't need to have the help of a professional graphics team. Our customization tools are designed to be easy to use, without the need for a professional designer. However, you can also request professional design services from SnapApp. Please contact us for more details.
It's up to you. SnapApp is designed to be completely self-service, so you can write the copy yourself if you feel comfortable doing so. Or, you can request professional copywriting services from SnapApp. Please contact us for more details.
SnapApp has integrated Facebook and Twitter sharing, which makes your app easy to share, in just one click. We also have a robust set of Facebook features, including Facebook page deployment, the ability to interact with an app via your Facebook wall, and like-gating.
You can create as many different apps as you like in your SnapApp account. These apps can be quizzes, surveys, polls, or sweepstakes, or any combination of these. You can also take the same app and publish it to multiple places simultaneously, including multiple websites, ad units through an ad server or ad network, your Facebook page, a microsite, or a mobile-optimized microsite.
This depends on the design, the length of the app, and the type of app you are creating. Your app can be created in as little as 3 minutes. Or, if your app is more complex, you might need a day or two to create the content, design the style, and ask your team to approve it. The SnapApp tool is flexible. You can always save your work and return to it, and your app is ready to publish as soon as you're ready to share it!
Accounting and Billing
SnapApp is a subscription based service. Pricing details can be found here or you can contact a SnapApp representative for more information.
You are billed per app, per month. You are not charged until you are ready to publish. Once you publish, we bill on a monthly (upfront) basis. However, you set the end date of your app's billing cycle before you publish and pay. (You can always shorten it or extend it). When your app expires, you can keep your SnapApp account open. There is no need to cancel or unsubscribe, as you will not be charged if you don't have any live apps.
When you select a feature that upgrades your app, the price point above the live preview will change to reflect to price of your application. See our pricing page for details about premium features.
