    It's absolutely free to try Snap App! You just need to register for an account, and you can try out all of our features before you buy. Visit our Help page for tips and instructional videos.

    Not necessarily. Snap App is a self-service platform, so you don't need to have the help of a professional graphics team. Our customization tools are designed to be easy to use, without the need for a professional designer. However, you can also request professional design services from Snap App. Please contact us for more details.

    Do I need a professional copywriter?
    It's up to you. Snap App is designed to be completely self-service, so you can write the copy yourself if you feel comfortable doing so. Or, you can request professional copy writing services from Snap App. Please contact us for more details.

    Snap App has integrated Facebook and Twitter sharing, which makes your app easy to share, in just one click. We also have a robust set of Facebook features, including Facebook page deployment, the ability to interact with an app via your Facebook wall, and like-gating.

    You can create as many different apps as you like in your Snap App account. These apps can be quizzes, surveys, polls, or sweepstakes, or any combination of these. You can also take the same app and publish it to multiple places simultaneously, including multiple websites, ad units through an ad server or ad network, your Facebook page, a micro site, or a mobile-optimized micro site.

    How long does it take to make an app?
    This depends on the design, the length of the app, and the type of app you are creating. Your app can be created in as little as 3 minutes. Or, if your app is more complex, you might need a day or two to create the content, design the style, and ask your team to approve it. The Snap App tool is flexible. You can always save your work and return to it, and your app is ready to publish as soon as you're ready to share it!

    How much does SnapApp cost?
    Snap App is a subscription based service. Pricing details can be found here or you can contact a SnapApp representative for more information.

    When does my account get charged? Do I need to "close" my account when I am done?
    We offer multiple pricing plans. If you are purchasing a single SnapApp, you will be billed per app, per month. You are not charged until you are ready to publish. Once you publish, we bill on a monthly (upfront) basis. However, you set the end date of your app's billing cycle before you publish and pay. (You can always shorten it or extend it). When your app expires, you can keep your SnapApp account open. There is no need to cancel or unsubscribe, as you will not be charged if you don't have any live apps.
