November 2016 Release: Customize Your URL Domain Name

When a SnapApp is published, you have the option to deploy it to a SnapApp-hosted landing page. By default, this is formatted as where you can customize the ending text to anything not already in use, such as

As of this month, you can now whitelabel the “” portion of the URL and use your own custom domain name. For example, “”. The page is still hosted by SnapApp so the process remains as simple as it is now. You won’t have to go through different channels in your office to get a SnapApp up and running on an approved website. You can sit back and watch your leads roll in!

If you’re interested in this feature, the first step is to contact your Customer Success Manager. They will supply you with a list of some technical information we need to approve your custom domain for use. After that is finalized, your domain will show on the Publish modal and be ready to use:


November’s Honorable Mentions

While a tad smaller, these improvements deserve attention:

  • Questions: You can now choose an answer choice to be selected by default when the page loads for your app. This will also allow you to set the slider bar icon to any answer choice:


  • Results: If someone takes your assessment and ends up receiving the same score in more than one result, you can set a tiebreaker to choose which result they see.
