When we created SnapApp, our primary objective was to deliver on the promise of an easy-to-use platform, creating value through customer engagement & acquisition.
We recently held usability studies on SnapApp…while holding our collective breath a customer finished their “tasks” and proclaimed… “that was easy!” Success!
It was very important for us to make SnapApp easy for our customer to create highly engaging Apps that reflect the ethos of their brand, and also drive value for their business with social shares, application downloads and lead generation.
It is a really powerful moment when what you set out to accomplish is realized through the eyes of your customers, resulting in them achieving their business objectives. There is no greater reward than that, truly.
