Outbound Email is the process of sending emails from SnapApp to external recipients through the email provider SendGrid. It involves creating, routing, and delivering messages using protocols like SMTP.
Inbound Email is the process of receiving emails from external sources into SnapApp. It involves handling incoming messages, often through protocols like POP3 or IMAP, and delivering them snapapp@bluevector.ai.

Steps to create Inbound email
- Go to Settings from User menu of the top bar.
- From the Global Settings click on Receive inbound emails.
- Select Email provider as SendGrid or MailChimp.
- Select Reply to as default mail snapapp@bluevector.ai
Steps to create Outbound email
- Send mail from the Send Mail button of the record.
- From the Activities, you can also select and add email.
You can also select email from related list to send outbound email.

You can configure your mail with proper subject and body. Suitable email templates can also be chosen.
